Our local and Foreign investors are
classified as high budget/medium budget clients depending on
available capital. We have 3 Investment Programmes at this
moment in time.
INVESTMENT 1. ( land)
Land purchase price of 400.000 GBP.
Will gain approx profit return of 40/50% (per year net)
after a period of 1-2 years investment ( when sold). We
will provide the new client or construction company for the
re-sale. After receiving the investment return and paid the
taxed due, the client has the option to recommence investing
if desired.
INVESTMENT 2. ( land for construction)
On behalf of the investor we view and
obtain land in the best possible locations at reasonable
prices. Once the planning details are agreed regarding
style, design and marketing ( according to construction
permission by local and government authorities) arrangements
will be made to provide an architect and constructor to
commence the project.
There are two options re financing of
the building project,
- The investor totally funds the
production and becomes the unique owner..
- The constructor can share the
production 50% - 50%. For example- ( there are 40
properties built on the land 20 pieces for the landlord
and 20 for the constructor).
We have contracts with several
established construction companies delivering high quality
properties and we are the exclusive marketing and sales
estate agent from off-plan to completion.
INVESTMENT 3.
Our Property Consultants will purchase
on behalf of a client one or more properties (with special
investment discount) from our exclusive portfolio. This
programme applies only to off-plan projects, with a fixed 25%
guaranteed net profit for 1 year only with a minimum
investment of 100.000GBP.
This percentage applies only to this
year up to the end of 2007.

designed to aim at the serious investor. We highly recommend
a visit to our Bodrum main branch where more in-depth
details are available from our Investor Consultancy
Department. I would like to mention that G.I.P. details are
not available by mail or telephone due to duplication of our
special programme ( re-other agents or companies)
Important notes;
*The Investor is not able to dwell in the
property during the GIP period.
*The Investor is not able to
use the property for rental.
*This programme is only valid in the
Bodrum peninsula for this year.
