·  Your villa or apartment will be ready at latest by 4pm on your day of arrival.  If you arrive earlier and your accommodation is not available you are welcome to leave your luggage at our 24 hour reception and use the swimming pool and other communal facilities.

·  Check out time is 10am.

·    Late check out cannot be booked in advance but we will make our best efforts to accommodate you with priority given to guests on night flights and families with young children.

·   Rental Periods are a minimum of 7 days.

·    Only the numbers of people stated on the booking form are permitted to stay at the accommodation.

·    Safe boxes are fitted in all accommodation and are free of charge.

·    No pets are allowed.

·    Smoking is allowed on balconies and other outside areas only.

Security Deposit & Breakages

On arrival at Hillside Garden you will be asked to pay a security deposit of:

For 2 bedroom accommodation                        £100    or   €150

For 3 & 4 bedroom accommodation                 £150    or   €200

These are payable by cash or by giving credit card details in lieu.

Should any damage or breakage caused by you or a member of your group occur, it is your responsibility to report it to the reception who will advise you of the cost of the repair or replacement.
