The project has a marvelous seascape and comprise of 196 dwelings which are singles, duplexes and triplexes. In the project all the houses have a seascape and are not blocking each other.

The complex is designed as a holiday village , in order not to disturb residents, the parking garage is located out of the site. *The materials that will be used in the house are selected from natural materials. The selected materials and the workmanship is the first class. In all the houses built-in wardrobes , bathroom-kitchen cupboards andequipments (owen, cooker, hood fume and washing machine) are supplied. There are cable TV and digital satellite systems, internet line and telephone line , 4 exterior telephone lines in the living room and in all of the bedrooms.

Properties of the Site
The entrance doors of all of the houses in the site have an access through the way inside the site. The site is walled-in and under the security control. The security of the site will be provided by a camera security system. There will be an irrigation system for the garden. The garden is in communal use.  Alongside the swimming pool , there are changing cabins, toilet and shower bath.

With its earthquake safe infrastructure , the project provides a nature friendly solution to the water problem through its sea water cleansing facility.
