We offer all our cleints a full Periodical Maintance Contract at the time of purchase.
Here’s what our Package includes:
1.Transfers to and from Bodrum Airport, twice in the year period, either once for yourselves
or once for your relatives or friends or both times for you.
2 .Monthly cleaning of the inside of the property,windows, floors etc.
3 .Insurance with a reputable company with a total coverage for fire. Theft, flood, earthquake etc., to the value of 18.000 GBP. We will have any damage assessed and a copy will be sent to the owners with an estimate for the repair work, labour and materials, by a qualified and
certified specialist. At this point,with the clients agreement, the work will be undertaken and supervised by us and a guarantee will be given by the specialist for a specified period and all monies will be paid by the client in full. Any further repair work occurring from the same problem within this specified period will be the responsibility of the specialist. We will then claim, on behalf of the client for the whole amount for the repair work. On receipt of the amount we will give it to the client on their return.
4. If the client wishes to give the house for rent, we will arrange for the property to be leaned and then transfer the Client’s guests from Bodrum Airport to our office (where we will keep the keys to the property), electric, water and telephone readings to say when they entered the property, everything was in good order and accounted for. This will also be the procedure at the end of the client’s guests stay. Both of these forms will be countresigned by ourselves and copies kept for our client.
5. We can arrange car hire for clients and their guests for daily rentals or for long term period..
6. We offer to transport our client or their guest to the hospital once in the year period, obviously depending on circumstances or type of injury.
7. We are available to help in an emergency 24 hours-a-day
8. We can help open your personal bank account, to have a personal tax number from the Govermental Tax Office etc.
9. We offer an after-sales service with real advise and help with decoration and furnishing,
landscaping, gardening, maintenance for the swimming-pool and house cleaners contracts.
10...we can provide Qualified Translators with an approved, daily fee, payable by our client.
All the above is included in our Maintenance Package for a yearly fee of
